Deputies said they found two children inside the car at Poinciana Pentecostal Church of God and a woman unconscious outside the same church.

According to investigators, the woman was wanted in connection with a domestic violence case in Orange County before she was found with the children. All three were taken to the hospital, where one of the children died, officials said.

The woman “seems to have ingested some type of chemical,” deputies said.

No other details, including the names and ages of the woman and children, have been released.
